TERMS OF SIMULATION
1. EXPERIMENTAL PLATFORM
Wheelie-World is an experimental browser-based simulation engine. The 3D photogrammetry and mapping data are generated via third-party APIs (Google Maps and OpenStreetMap). The developers do not guarantee the structural accuracy, safety, or real-world validity of the terrain depicted in the simulation.
2. DATA USAGE & TELEMETRY
The simulator stores user physics and avatar settings locally on your device via localStorage. If you engage the Multiplayer Beta, your browser will open a persistent WebSocket connection to our servers. The following data is broadcast at 20Hz:
- Your avatar's in-game virtual coordinates (Latitude, Longitude).
- Your avatar's physical state parameters (Speed, Heading, Wheelie Pitch, Chassis Lean, and Left/Right Wheel RPM).
- Your custom avatar configuration (Geometry shapes, scales, and hex color codes).
Your in-game avatar coordinates will be stored to facilitate the spatial multiplayer environment. We do not track or store your physical device's real-world location. Community mapping flags placed in-game are permanently committed to a SQLite database and pushed to a public static CDN for fast retrieval. No IP tracking or voice data is transmitted.
3. LIABILITY
The "accessibility flags" and mapped physics obstacles within this engine are user-generated and algorithmic. They should never be used as a substitute for real-world navigation, travel planning, or medical advice. The creators of Wheelie-World accept no liability for real-world actions taken based on simulated data.
